I've been pregnant six times. Usually, my first sign is terrible heartburn, which starts for me before I miss my period. Also at that time, fatigue: while fatigue can be caused by many things, I have found that there is an absolutely identifiable *qualitative* difference between "pregnancy fatigue" and "non-pregnancy fatigue."
With some pregnancies my breasts were swollen and tender before my missed period, and/or extremely veiny.
Symptoms vary from woman to woman, and from pregnancy to pregnancy. (And it's also perfectly normal not to have noticeable symptoms -- it's a myth that "more" symptoms, or "more" morning sickness, are signs of a healthy/healthier pregnancy and baby.)

I didn't officially find out that I was pregnant until 9 weeks along. I had what they call 'implantation bleeding' which I thought at the time was just my period. However, looking back my symptoms were obvious:
fatigue - crazy crazy tired all the time
constipation - which I had never had before
waking up in the middle of the night with hunger pains
I didn't experience nausea until about 12 weeks and it lasted for about 3 or 4 weeks. Since then I have felt great and the only symptoms I have are frequent urination and an unbeleivable apetite.

My first symptom was missing my period. About two or three weeks after that, I started getting morning sickness, sore breasts, and light discharge. Every pregnancy is different though. Some women notice symptoms immediately and others never develop noticable symptoms. If you are worried about being pregnant, I recommend you wait 3 days after a missed period and take a home pregnancy test.

Swollen breasts, they're crimson, veiny, with stretch marks... not being waiting to sleep all contained in the direction of the evening. Waking up early and being very very hungry... eating an entire meal that makes you so finished you won't be in a position to take yet another chew, then 5 min later, so hungry lower back...etc the record keeps going haha

my first symptoms were like pms, and apparently started within a week of conceiving (possibly the next day). (depending on when i did conceive, i haven't had it confirmed by the doctor.)

My first sign was the darkening of my nipple. Then I got constant headaches and my reactions to food was weird. This was all before I missed my period.
