I have read other articles saying that an early pregnancy test can give a positive results 7-10 days after conception (however a negative result would not be considered that you are not pregnant). Since you haven't said at which time in your cycle you've had sex or whether you're regular or not, I agree with the earliest pregnancy tests being done up to 5 days before your missed period. I remember all 5 of mine, I was tired, queasy and achy before I even had the test. That's personal experience, but the tests you can get at your local Walgreen's or Walmart and please be checked by a doctor for other possible diseases, warts, etc. Good luck.
