lol, well at first i would laugh at them, then next, id just ask them to leave... if they damaged the house, then i would call the police.
but come on, you gotta have a sense of humor with that... they moved into your house.

1st question: Yes. No explanation necessary.
2nd question: No. Because if you left the house locked, the squatter can be charged with breaking and entering. The police would then have to arrest the person based on evidence of B&E.

They broke the law. Trespassing. Breaking and entering. Have them arrested. No question.

I'd have them arrested, since they committed A) breaking and entering, and B) trespassing.
But then again, I'm a bit of an *** when it comes to my home.

unless you know them!
But if they had a key they have every right to be there! so there should be signs of forced entry!
