Contact the Sheriff's Office in the County you are looking at moving to. They will provide you with a free list. Some of them have it on their website.

You can't find them unless you pay for the service. Since there is no statewide or national database of such foreclosures, some websites have taken it upon themselves to gather all this information into one easily accessible site. However, given the amount of time and work they expend to gather all of this, they will charge a fee for it.
