The one who gets the most electoral votes in 2008. Why ? Because that's the law.

Bill Richardson. He Has made major acomplishments and is extremely experienced.
Experience: He is a governor and has been a congressman, diplomat (UN ambassador), and Secretary of Energy under B. Clinton.
Acomplishments: In New Mexico he created 80,000 new jobs and personal income is rising dramatically. Made improvements in eduacation. Used tax cuts to create economic growth. He has made NM the Clean Energy State by requiring utilities to quadruple their use of renewable enrgy and has made some of the toughest greenhouse gas reduction goals.
