There is alot ahead....the numbers now mean nothing. Obama may get the nomination in the Dem's in the end, and whether he does or Hillary does, the election as to the general is far far from over. The parties will fight and all sort of shake ups are coming.
I do think it will probably be a close election however....but I see it more likely that the Republican is going to win the next election (when the Dem nominees are between Hillary and Obama).

With the way Democrats are leaning towards the new world order and environmentalism and so forth, I can not and will not support anyone who is against the original constitution and bill of rights!! Both Hillary and Obama are a threat to our freedoms as we know them. I refuse to vote for anyone who was raised by atheists and for any woman who was a radical 60's love child. I want a grass roots movement to begin and I will vote for the right person who supports the constitution and the Bill of Rights as our fore fathers meant them to be!! We need someone in this country who remembers what the 50's were like before the corruption started as a result of the free love summer in the late 60's. If they do not remember then I hope they at least know what this country was like before it all started. Please study your candidate carefully and thoroughly before voting!! I even recommend that you read the Bill of Rights and the Constitution as well. Do not take your civic duty of voting lightly!! We have created our problems by voting in people who do not understand what it means to have freedom of speech and freedom of religion and free enterprise!! When I vote, I study everyone very closely and then decide! So far the democrats are soo far off supporting every little special interest group, that they can not see the trees for the forrest!! (Please pardon the pun!) Thompson or Guilliani seem like a much better choice!! President Bush is really not that bad of a President!! It is the way the media portrays him that makes him look bad!! To support this, Clinton fired over 400 us attorneys and no one blinked an eye. Bush fires less than 10, and we are investigating him!!? Why? It kind of proves my point!

First, NO Clinton is better than Bush! Second, I don't think she has a chance, so I don't fear it at all. There are millions in this country who wouldn't think to vote for a woman and millions more who, even if they love Bill, hate Hillary. You can't win with that! Of course, I wouldn't vote for Obama, either, who has already started playing the race card and who still thinks, and preaches to the converted, that our President stole the last election, when even the ACLU and the NYTimes counted and recounted the votes and determined that Bush won the popular election. With a candidate like Kerry, who could argue with that?

Clinton wont win. Shes smart, but shes a cold, calculating political machine, and you can only hide that from the people for so long.
My vote is going to former Senator Mike Gravel. He is one of the few I would trust to lead the country. I may not agree with him on every single issue, but hes honest, truthful, and I know where he stands. You wont catch him flip-flopping around.

Ron Paul is the only damn candidate that is against the corrupt Washington circus.
Obama is a puppet, just like Bush!
Where does Obama stand on the Constutution?
Our Constitution is the only thing we should be worried about right now and we need to think about electing a condidate who will preserve it and fix it!
Ron Paul is the only candidate fighting for the Constitution, our Freedoms and our Civil Rights!
What the hell was that story above all about! Good Lord

I've been told by my fiancee that I either vote for Clinton or never get laid again... she didn't say it exactly like that but basicly... so I sure hope Clinton wins... even if I don't like the idea of her getting in.
However the more I look into things about her she doesn't seem all that bad.

Obama can't win and shouldn't. He lacks political maturity. I'd vote for him in 8 years depending on what he's done in that time.
Hillary... well... I'll probably go with her. She's bloody well smart, I'll give her that. Anyone who can take the whole "My husband the president just had an affair" event and turn it into political capital and moral good will (by people for her) is a smart cookie.
My one worry is that she's so obviously been planning her whole life around this moment. It makes it a little hard where she really stands on various issues. She's got so much spin on her and her campaign going on it's ridiculous.

I would vote for Hillary before I voted for Obama....I am not religious..but when he puts down christians and not muslims (and terrorism) then we have issues....It also bothers me that his father was a muslim. I admit it...I am scared of terrorism and putting someone in power that is associated with Islam, is not a good idea...You can call me prejudice, ignorant or any name you want...I will probably vote for a republican before I vote for either Hillary or Obama. Besides if you think Bush was bad and lacked experience in world affairs...Obama has been in the senate for a short 2 years....

Don't forget that right here at Yahoo Answers Rottenham Clinton made it very clear that she, if elected, will do away with the Bill of Rights.

I'm not a Hillary Clinton fan, but I MUCH prefer her (and Bill) to Obama, who has a lot of charisma, but not enough experience.
I think he should run for governor of Illnois and if he wins server a term or two and then try for president when he has more experience.
