How serious is this relationship? Brother's girlfiend isn't usually a big gift obligation....
I'd think something general - a nice scarf is always versatile, can be used lots of ways and doesn't have to be too expensive.

An awesome bracelet. You don't need to know her size or her style. Something with a pretty stone, maybe some turquoise, which is everywhere this season. I got something like that for my brother's girlfriend (she is 21) with opals, and she wears it all the time!

depends on how long they've been together, if less than a year, a simple gift certificate, if more than a year, a silver bracelet, NOT A CHARM... a straight silver bangle
