Boob jobs only look good when they are clothed, and the ones that look obviously fake, are just plain lame. Big boobs are out of style. Exotic is in.Latin women from south america.

I think you could also say that they are the "airbags of humanity"!
I agree though, I have trouble understanding why so many people seem to prefer fake ones

I think this world has become image obsessed, and obsessed with youth...nobody wants wrinkles, saggy boobs, yellow & crooked teeth and bad skin with manky hair.
