no and I know several people that collect canes mostly european varieties..bull peckers must not be expensive in the resale market or I think we would have seen more of them

i had a friend who made them also. he called them Buldick Canes. he sold them for several hundred dollars each, and had quite a lucrative business going. it was funny when he sent his girlfriend to the meat locker to pick up his "meat order" because she never knew what she was picking up.

EDIT:
i just remembered he sold them in resort places like Aspin or Red Rocks Colorado. one sold in Central City, Colo. for
$750.00 and another one in New Mexico for $800.00. this was probably 10 years ago.

SECOND EDIT:
my friend's canes were more intricate then the one in your web site photo. they were twisted into really unique shapes and some had hand-carved handles, or other interesting features.

Yes, I have. A lady (well, could she be considered a lady?) carried one as part of her Halloween costume one year where I was working. Now here's the amazing part: lots of people did not believe what it was made from, even when she told them!
