This is going back a while, but it was the Wendy's commercial with the Russian fashion show. There was this really dumpy model on the run way who wore the same baggy dress each time she went down the cat walk, the only thing that changed was her accessories. For beachwear she carries a beach ball, for evening wear she had a flashlight, but kept the same ugly dress on each time.
