You can do this two ways:

a^2 - b^2 = (a - b)(a + b)

In this case...
a = 3x - 4
b = 2x + 3

So....
a - b
= 3x - 4 - (2x + 3)
= 3x - 4 - 2x - 3
= x - 7

a + b
= 3x - 4 + 2x + 3
= 5x - 1

Now you have
(x - 7)(5x - 1)
= 5x^2 - 35x - x + 7
= 5x^2 - 36x + 7

or....
(3x - 4)^2
= 9x^2 + 2(3x)(-4) + 16
= 9x^2 - 24x + 16

(2x + 3)^2
= 4x^2 + 2(3)(2x) + 9
= 4x^2 + 12x + 9

(9x^2 - 24x + 16) - (4x^2 + 12x + 9)
= 5x^2 - 36x + 7

Part 1: (3x-4)(3x-4) = 9x^2 - 24x + 16

Part 2: (2x+3)(2x+3) = 4x^2 + 12x + 9

Part1 - Part 2 = 5x^2 -36x + 7

(3x-4)^2 - (2x+3)^2

square each number accordingly

(9x+16) - (4x+9)

combine like terms accordingly to get the answer

5x + 7

Difference of two squares.
a^2 - b^2 = (a+b)*(a-b)

So your expression factors to
(3x-4+2x+3) * (3x-4-2x-3)
= (5x-1)*(x-7)

(3x - 4)(3x-4)-(2x+3)(2x+3)

9x^2 - 24x + 16 - 4x^2 - 12x - 9

= 5x^2-36x+7

=(5x - 1)(x - 7)

Hi,

(3x-4)² -(2x+3)² =

(3x - 4)(3x - 4) - (2x + 3)(2x + 3) =

9x² - 12x - 12x + 16 - [4x² + 6x + 6x + 9] =

9x² - 24x + 16 - [ 4x² + 12x + 9] =

9x² - 24x + 16 - 4x² - 12x - 9 =

5x² - 36x + 7 <== answer
