I had an interview last week for a doc. office job and i called them yesterday to ask if they had filled the position and they said no and that the postion had changed to working with the doc. and asked me if i would be interested still.. Well i told them yes very much so. They said they would tell whoever. And they havent called me yet today.. its noon. Do you think they might call me soon or ever?

I think you should call them. You can never "bother" or "annoy" an employer... It only shows drive and perseverance.

Sometimes it can take weeks for places to make a decision about hiring someone, so don't worry yet.
You do want to be persistent, but you don't want to get annoying. If you just called them yesterday, I would give it another week before you call again. Usually a phone call once a week is sufficient to let them know that you are still interested in the job.
In the meantime, keep your options open and continue to apply for other jobs. The more you apply for, the better chance you have of being hired.
