The first thing to consider is your skin tone. You want makeup colors that match it - either warm or cool. Here's how to determine yours:

Warm skin tones look better w/ gold jewelry. The veins in the inner wrist appear greenish.

People w/ warm skin tones should focus on colors w/ a yellow undertone.

Cool skin tones look better w/ silver jewelry. The veins in the inner wrist appear blueish.

People w/ cool skin tones should focus on colors w/ a blue undertone.

Here's grid for colors to enhance each eye color:

To bring out the blue in your eyes - I suggest dark coffee eyeliner tight against the upper lash line. Dark coffee is neutral so it will work for either skin tone. The other thing you can do is to apply a bit of dark blue mascara over a thin coat of black mascara.

To bring out the green in your eyes - try a soft, shimmery champagne w/ a few golden flecks if you have a warm skin tone.

As for bronze eye shadows - I find them tricky. It's hard to find a bronze that isn't too orange. Perhaps you can try Nars Orgasm blush as an eyeshadow. You might have better luck using a blush or all over bronzer than a bronze eye shadow.

you have blue green hair? I'd LOVE to see that! ahah. You mean eyes? I don't really like bronze colors myself, but if you do have blue green eyes, I'd go for earth (brown) tones to bring out the blue, or a deep purple to bring out the green.

split the diff - try a rose bronze highlighter. you can use it for your eyes and checks, and the less you use the lighter the look.

I'd go by a makeup counter and ask them to help you. They will tell you what colors are best for free, even let you put them on, and they don't expect you to buy anything.
