No, not shocked at all. Would you be shocked if I told you not all Americans are prejudiced against Mexican Americans, that we all don't sell drugs and that many of the children are Honor Roll A, academically advanced students from great households that pay taxes for so many that don't?
It's the ones that are illegal that are causing the chaos and disruption to the country. No one cares who is here as long as all are pulling their own weight by paying taxes that support so many of the programs that are being extremely overused by those that do not. Equality for all Americans is what we want so, if you know someone that is illegal, ask them to become legal or go back to their own country.

I think we all know that...It's not the legal Mexicans that we have a problem with...it's the illegals who are abusing our system and snuck over here but won't sneak back...The other problem is that if you plan on living in the US, you need to learn English. I speak Spanish and when I am in the grocery store listening to some Mexican guy talk about me and think I don't understand it really pisses me off.

I'm a mexican, i'm not illegal, I don't sell drugs, I was an honor student, and I now make $70,000 a year. So no.

Not at all. I live in an area with a hi Latino population. The only thing that I've seen is that they are very hard working, loving mothers and like to play a good game of soccer in the field across the street.

I would not, because I am friends with a lot of great Mexicans. I wouldn't be shocked, and the people that are are rascist to me.

No, I wouldn't be shocked at all. Matter of fact, I think it's wonderful to see people come here from other countries and work hard to improve their lives and become productive members of their communities! And it CAN be done legally!

no SOME of us realise that mexicans in general are good people, and that few do break our laws and deserve to be punished. I congradulate your effort to spread equality!
