I do! I am absolutely blessed to live in Oregon where fresh fruits and vegetables are abundant and delicious! I love to eat fresh berries, green beans, zucchini, cherries, melons, white corn, etc. I have lost my taste for things like cake and cookies, because the fresh stuff is so dang good! Ive been trying to eat healthier with fruits and veggies. Just im not a big fan on taste for veggies I still eat it but I dont really like it.

I do eat a fairly decent diet- some days I get off of it, but when I do I don't feel nearly as good as when I do. I love fruit, but it can be hard to find fresh in Utah in the winter so that's why I enjoy the summer so much!

I live in the South. We love meat 3 times a day in various forms, and eat our veggies fried.

Nuts Dried Fruit (rasins are basic) Popcorn - no or low butter/sodium Rice truffles A can of tomato juice or V-8 i like fruit flavored yogurt, it does have sugar, in spite of the fact that it gets me previous cravings for milk I additionally like a peanut butter sandwich for lunch occassionally - i don't evaluate it cheating. It fills me up, lasts me a stable on a similar time as and is intense in protien. It does have sugar and fat, yet there are organic and organic and occasional fat/sugar peanut butters available. beef jerky is intense in sodium (and protien), yet low in fat. i will not be the superb source through fact i'm greater approximately making a existence-form substitute...eating much less and shifting greater - not some strict calorie or fat gram/counting food habitual. I eat what i like, while i'm hungry, yet attempting to eat greater suitable and much less of my favorites, (fried food) and that i take the stairs rather of the elevator, park farther from the shop, etc. i'm this form of grouch while i'm hungry. stable success to you!

Yes meatloaf greens and steak peas. Sometimes chicken carrots and fish broccoli. But seriously I eaT SOME KIND OF VEGE OR FRUIT MOST DAYS. bUT NOT ENOUGH. That cap lock key gets in the way doesn't it?

I try to have a mixed diet of plenty of nuts, pulses, fruit and of course meat but I'm also a bit partial to curry.
