I have heard that apple cider vinegar helps clear up acne . Is it true?

I have never heard of apple cider vinegar doing it, but I have heard of vinegar helping to dry out skin, and helping to clear it up. I had a friend that swore by regular old vinegar. I think it might be good for slight breakouts, but not for really serious acne.

One thing I know it really does. It takes away heartburn in a heartbeat!

nope but it helps with teeth cleaness and breath
