I'm gonna say a shortish jean skirt, a red top, a necklace, and red patent heels. if not, then probably jean shorts, a red top, no blue, it'll look weird, and red heels. wear heels, unless it's a really super-casual party, then wear red flip-flops, with a white flower in your hair. or a red dress, not a ball gown-type dress, maybe a red short cocktail dress, with red heels, or a white one, with white heels. or flip-flops, depending on the party. for your hair, i'd say put it up in a causal half-bun, one of those things, or leave it down, but put some curling spray in it or something, and scrunch it to look like beachy waves. I'm going to a festival tonight, and I'm wearing a khaki colored mini skirt and a bluish cami from abercrombie and fitch.

tomorrow though I'm wearing short white shorts with a yellow top and then my white shorts and a blue and white striped cami to the street concert.
