How do Aliens travel... First and foremost, this is 100% speculation, which is fun. :) Well they would need some type of ship. Let's assume that they have a ship that is capable of traveling close to the speed of light, for arguments sake. They then would either need a method of a deep freeze hybernation and one heck of an auto pilot, or perhaps they can open some type of bubble/field just in front of the ship as it's traveling which could allow for bending the laws of phisics just enough to create a stable method for long distance travel in a short amount of time. Or if we are under the pretence that breaking/bending the laws of phisics is impossible under any circumstance, I would imaging that the theory of the wormhole, or traveling through a rip or tear in space/time could also be a possible solution. A third theory is that there is no need to travel faster than light--maybe this ship is their home. Like if the "aliens" lived in Maine and bought a motorhome and just cruised around the United States. Now imagine that you lived in California and a motorhome passed by and you wondered how fast it had to go to get there. Does it matter how fast? Eventually, it may decide to stop by for a visit. I have no doubt that for how vast in size the universe is that an alien species or two is bound to exist. If their technology allows for them to make a ship to travel through space at great distances, they are bound to have been faced with technilogical challenges to overcome. Now whether these challenges include brending/breaking/or cheating the laws of phisics will reamin a mystery until they drop by in their motorhome or until we are technically advanced enough to drop in on them. fantastic question! ~Ant

Here are some fun ideas.
The point where a long pair of scissors close can travel faster than the speed of light, with out any part of the scissors traveling at that speed.
If you achieve light speed, you have infinite mass. Can't you therefor be anywhere you want.
Space and time warp. If it is possible, that has got to be the answer. Blow your mind thinking about how this might work.

WHAT ABOUT A SHIP TRAVELLING THROUGH SPACE AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT, AND IT FLICKS IT'S LIGHTS ON? WOULD THAT LIGHT BE GOING TWICE THE SPEED OF LIGHT? OR WOULD NO LIGHT COME OUT AT ALL, SINCE THE SHIP IS ALREADY GOING THE SPEED OF LIGHT? WOW, MAN, LIKE THAT'S DEEP.......

Hmmmm... I see you point...... but riddle me this ...Mr Potato man ... What kind of Propulsion system does your spaceship have.
Let us take that puppy apart retro-engineer that thing and let us see what kind of bang to the buck we can get.
