I'd rid the world of narrow minded predudice. Sure, there is righ and wrong, but lifestyles don't need to be judged, and love comes in many forms. Yes, protect the children, and violence against a person should never be non consensual, but rid the world of predudice and I tend to think it would be a much nicer place to live.
At least for me. But hey, I am limited by my own perspective, right?

The world does not need to be changed!!! It is a beautiful place, what with all its fields and streams, and its mountains and seashores, and all the beautiful animals that live here. And think about the blue skies above and all the lakes and streams, the oceans are also very beautiful... No the world is a fine place to live.. It is the attitudes of the people that live here that need to be changed. First we could do away with money and along with that would go greed, then everyone would be sort of on an even keel. Think what it would be like if everyone would just learn how to share the riches of the world we already have. I mean we come into this world naked and broke and we leave it the same way.
The real riches are the ones we store in our hearts and our memories. And we should throw away all the bad memories and just keep the good ones. Yes it is a wonderful world we live in, we just need to change our attitudes and get our perspectives in the right order.

I would only change global warming and put a stop to that but other things like war we need (i know that may seem daft but without war we would have no emotions because we would feel nothing) so we have to have war for the people in the world to feel also there will always be war whether its children in the playground or iraq.

The health care system. Used to be if you had insurance you got treated like Donald Trump but now even with insurance you are lucky to get the treatment you need or deserve.
If I were to be hospitalized, I wouldn't be able to afford it as my insurance requires 20% of all hospital costs paid up front. So if I have to have emergency surgery (God forbid) and it came to $35,000 I would have to pay $7000 up front before I could have the surgery.
It is rediculous. And what about people who work and cannot afford the insurance premiums at all? If I add my son or significant other to my insurance it is $298 more (I currently pay $110 a month) out of my paycheck which I cannot afford. My heart goes to hard working families that cannot afford insurance let alone the $50 plus for a doctor visit which doesn't include innoculations, prescriptions.

Presidential candidates on lie detectors... yeah I want to know if they truly plan to do what they say during their presidential run debates..... or... or more people recycling, cause eventhough advocates that are trying to save rain forests, jungles, islands and other environmental areas that are being cut down. Not every part of the country provides a place where you can recycle, and if they do, most most people don't even care about it.... so more recycling to have an infinity amount of reusable products. Or we could use the recycled money to help other countries that are in need, imagine if millions of people recycled, that would be millions and millions of people recycled that would equal a couple of hundreds of millions of dollars that could help a country that truly needs it, cause they live in poverty or have no medical treatment, either way its a win win.

I would like to raise the level of compassion both for myself and all others. If humanity, cared more for each other, many good things would occur. Some of these would include ease of sufferring, decrease in hunger, violence and a focus on the betterment of all living beings.

Get rid of hunger. Getting rid of poverty would cause an economic escalation that would just create it again, and people will always find reasons to kill each other, but world hunger is something that could be ended in my lifetime, as long as Norman Borlaug is on the case!

I like your idea of doing away with war...
I'm not sure I could improve on it-- except to make it more personal by taking away envy, greed and hate.
