Don't disturb them now. After they flower, they'll need time to develop bulbs. You'll be able to transplant them when their foliage has dried up ... in the fall. Then you can easily dig up the bulbs & plant them where you want them.

You shouldn't transplant any plant while it's in bloom. It will put the plant under stress and the bloom will die. Put the plant, in its pot, into a larger decorative container and wait until it has finished its growing season before transplanting. Use a soluble fertilizer so the plant can absorb the food quickly.
