You'll want to identify your customer-type and get to know their tastes and see if that is something you can be happy doing. You can always sell some other stuff, too, but you'll want to know your primary audence's tastes very well so you can reach people who want to buy your stuff.

Animal people and older people ... or older animal people... may be a very good market. I train animals and teach seminars on animal behavior and there is a whole lot of money going around the animal community.

The thing is that animal trainers tend to be very casual in dress due to the nature of their business so you would want to go for a lot of simple, practical items with some fancier stuff.

Pet owners, OTOH, tend to go more elaborate and may buy pictures of their breed on all sorts of fancy jewelry and clothing.

You can break in by teaming up with a breed rescue group and giving them a percentage of profits and setting up at dog-related fairs. Greyhound folks will buy a lot if they know money will go into Greyhound rescue. In fact jewelry FOR THE DOGS THEMSELVES will sell to Greyhound people. Make matching Greyhound-Owner jewelry and you may have just the ticket.

If you can make really nice luxury bracelets out of expensive materials, you should be able to easily sell them on Ebay and do quite well. You can start with Ebay. You can also try and sell them at the local Flea Market or Farmer's Market on the Weekends when a lot of people are there.

DO something different. Really nice, but create something unique and innovative if you want to stand out. Be different! Take risks.

Find the book "Making A Living Without A Job" by Barbara Winter and read it cover to cover. It will answer all your questions.
