where can i find a cheap, easy way to make custom t-shirts for my softball team?

check out a local university or community college art program. it's full of good artists looking for work. and it is done by trained artists not some "oh, i learned this a week ago" employee.

Now adays you can go to walmart and they have kits where you can make them at home... LIKE printable iron ons... then you can buy the shirts maybe like $7 or $8 each after the iron on... or you can go to a local mall or something most of them have t shirt places where you can custom make them...
