It found 9 virus what do I do next? Sorry, I'm new at this?

You shouldn't have to do anything. It should clean them automatically.

Allow AVG to "Heal" the viruses that it finds. If there are any that it can't heal, then allow AVG to put them in the "Virus Vault". If, after you have run AVG and it has done it's thing and you still have any viruses on your machine, then restart in "Safe Mode" by tapping the F8 key while the machine is booting. When the screen comes up that asks how you want to start your computer, choose Safe Mode. Let it boot and then run your anti virus software again. That should do it.

it should say 9 found and 9 cleaned on the report at the end..
if it doesn't check the list of what pops up and see if there's anything it asks you to do..
to be sure rescan and if nothing pops up then it got them all :)

Scan with AVG, and clean the viruses, if it can't clean them, delete them, if it cant delete them, find its path and delete them manually.
