If it's super fine and light, normal. If it's dark and coarse, it's NOT mnormal.
that's a sign that your friend has too much testosterone. Tell her to have her mother take her to the doctor and have them check her testosterone levels. It's a sign of PCOS which can make you unable to have children someday if you don't take it seriously. Good luck to both you and your friend
