I am about to purchase a Macbook Pro. I do not like the 17 inch Macbook Pro because it is heavy and big...

I am in love with the 15 inch.

$1,999 for the 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
1440 x 900 resolution
2GB memory
120GB hard drive1
8x double-layer SuperDrive
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics with 128MB SDRAM

And $2,499 for the 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
1440 x 900 resolution
2GB memory
160GB hard drive1
8x double-layer SuperDrive
NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT graphics with 256MB SDRAM

Now, my question is: Is there any big difference between the both?

If you hate Macs, why did you answer? You just violated Yahoo terms of service. This is a question and answer place, not a place to tell people you dislike something.

yea the $2499 has a faster clock speed than the $1999 also the $2499 has 256 mb. of vram while the $1999 has only 128 mb. of vram. i have the 17' mbp and i think its fine, its less than 1' thick. and its a little more than 5lbs.

I tell you! there is not any big difference!
cuz the difference is:120GB hard drive1 - 160GB hard drive1
and 128MB SDRAM - 256MB SDRAM

and of course...$1,999 for the 2.2GHz and
$2,499for the 2.4GHz

Make up your mind! and Good luck!
