I considering on buying the game, and i noticed that some website say you can "Finish" the game. Does that mean that once you get done with the story line that the game is over? Or do you continue going up levels and fighting in wars?

well, you can lvl up to the max and the game should continue because it's an MMO, meaning that there is no end..

There is always a lot to do in the game. Just because your character has reached the end of the storyline doesn't mean it's over. It's just beginning.
Once you complete a campaign, you'll unlock "hard mode" which allows you to explore the same areas and missions again with harder super enemies. (And better rewards).
Stuff to do after "finishing" a campaign.
- titan quests
- hard mode!
- collect rare weapon skins and rare expensive armor
- max your titles
- do it all again with a different profession
- PvP action
- Elite Missions
- collecting minipets
- capping skills

In guildwars factions after you defeat shino. All you do is explore get drunk help ur friends. The highest lvl is 20. But when u reach a lvl u just get a skill point.. soo yeah u can say there is and isnt a end

There is an end to the main storyline, and there is a level cap.
However, neither of those force you to stop playing.
You can continue to play past those points to your heart's content.

I heard that theres Guild Wars2 coming out in September or so...
