Hearing, touch, sight, smell, then taste.
My hearing is pretty good, and every time my ears are stopped up from an infection, I feel like I'm going crazy because I can't hear as well. My eyesight is not the best, so that is why touch outranks it. Sight and smell are about equal, while taste is a sense I really don't think about unless I'm eating.

Smell. I store almost every memory I have with the scent of what was there at the time. For example, when I smell something that reminds me of grandma's house I can vividly remember all the times we went to see her, what we did, and who all was there. It's like being there all over again.
