Yes, examples please.
And I agree, you would be able to find them. But you also imply that the 'right' is more correct, more often, and that's something you won't be able to prove.
The left was correct about viet nam. about richard nixon. and the left is correct about the war in Iraq.
People on the left have stated that using depleted uranium in weapons is a big ugly mistake, but no one pays attention. How many innocent people (that includes the unborn, old people etc.). do you want to kill with this ghastly enterprise.
The left was correct about not letting so many good jobs go overseas. And now what is happening with the middle class, the backbone of American society? Why are so many educated people homeless? Eager enough to work hard and sacrifice to get a degree, but too lazy to work? Do you believe that?
And why are so many servicemen homeless, and in need of support and not getting it? I thought the right was into 'supporting our troops'?

Once you admit that you have a drinking problem, let me know. I can help you get free. After a little while I predict that your thinking will clear up a little. Perhaps your mind will open up enough to see other points of view as well as how foggy your old thinking has been.

Yeah, I know, right?
I wish everyone could be as right as the Bush regime on WMDs in Iraq, yellowcake in Niger, aluminum tubes for centrifuges, how the Iraqis would greet us as liberators with flowers and candy, how there would be no insurgency, how the insurgency was in its last throes, how disbanding the Iraqi army and putting thousands of armed and trained Iraqis on the streets, pretty much anything to do with Iraq.
That, my little troll doll friend, is incompetence.

The modern liberal looks back on civilization and only one thing is for sure, that none of the ideas created by man religion, philosophies, ideologies, governments has created a world that is void of war, poverty, crime and injustice. So they are convinced that since all that these ideas of man have proved to be wrong the real cause must be found or only found in the attempt to be right. If nobody ever thought they were right what would we disagree about? If we didn’t disagree we wouldn’t fight and if we didn’t fight we wouldn’t go to war. Without war there would be no poverty, without poverty there would be no crime and without crime there would be no injustice, it’s a utopian vision. And all we need to do to usher in this utopia is to reject fact, reason, evidence, truth, morality, logic and decency. All the tools you and I use to attempt to be better people and make the world more right by trying to be right, by siding with right, by recognizing what is right and moving towards it.
So what you have is people who think the best way to eliminate rational thought and the attempt to be right is to work to always try to prove that right isn’t right and that wrong isn’t wrong. You can see this in John Lennon’s song, Imagine there is NO country, not imagine great countries, not imagine defeat the Nazis, imagine no religions and the key line is imagine a time when anything and everything a man values is devalued to the point where there is nothing left to kill or die for. Obviously this is not going to happen over night there is always going to be religions, but they will do their best to denigrate them. There is still going to be countries that are going to do what they can to get us to seed our national sovereignty to one world bodies. But in the mean time, every thing that they believe everything that is designed, everything they teach us in schools, everything they make into movies, TV shows, newspaper stories that they pick and how they spin them have but one criteria which is to tear down what is good and elevate that which is wrong, does it tear down the behaviors that lead to success and elevate the ones that lead to failure so there is nothing left to believe in.
Not everyone is aware of the elitists blue prints for a utopia, and they wouldn’t support it if they were. I don’t think they would support all that is evil, failure and wrong for a promise of a future utopia. But what the elitists succeeded in doing through the institutions we’ve allowed them to control is indoctrinating the very young from Sesame Street through college on TV, newspapers and classes into a cult of indiscriminateness. They teach that rational and moral thought is an act of bigotry. No matter how sincerely you seek to gather the facts, no matter how earnestly you may look at the evidence, no matter how disciplined you are in reasoning, your conclusion will be so tainted by your personal bigotries, by your upbringing, by the color of your skin, religion, the nation of your great grandfathers birth; your conclusion is worthless and is nothing more than a reflection of your bigotries, so the only way to eliminate bigotries is to eliminate rational thought.
In the 80s a professor named Allan bloom was trying to figure out why his students were suddenly so stupid. And what he came to as the conclusion was that they had been raised to believe that indiscriminateness is a moral imperative because its opposite is the evil of having discriminated. Or, in order to become indiscriminate the modern Liberal must become utterly indiscriminate. The problem is of course is that ability to discriminate or rationally choose the better of the available options is the essence of rational thought. So we are living with an entire group of people that rejects rational thought as a hate crime.
So what your left with are the years of indoctrination creating citizens of voting age that are incapable and unwilling of critically judgment of the merits of the positions they hold and held unquestioned since they were five years old. Since they first entered the indoctrination centers. That sounds slanderous but there was a book that came out that even better explains the mindset of the modern liberal. It was called “All I need to know I learned in kindergarten” and it reads like the bible of modern Liberals and the playbook of the democratic party. Notice it doesn’t say all I know I learned in kindergarten, but it says all the concepts he learned and holds dear he learned in kindergarten. Like the sentence, don’t hit, has turned into “war is not the answer.” And they learned things between but they didn’t need to know anything. You don’t need to know evil because knowing it or not knowing doesn’t change the position they have now that they learned in kindergarten. Then there’s “share everything” so they think the UN is good and we must share with them. Then we learn things that change positions like the corruption, the genocide, anti-Semitism, in fact made the Sudanese rights committee members while they were creating the genocide and conservatives change our position because these are things we need to know. But they will continue to believe they are good because what they learned when they were 5 was all they need to know.

because the left is left and the right is right.. duh.. now if you mean why is the left hardly ever correct? I would have to say that it is because you have highly selective memory or a warped definition of what is correct.
