I think in most free countries the citizens feel they are in a better place than most of the rest of the world. I'm not sure what fascism has to do with this though.

Americans are patriotic and love their country - so do other people in the world love the country that they live in - so why is it fascism? I think it's called nationalism.

Only neo-cons in America try to look down upon fellow human beings. In the eyes of God and all rational men, no one is better than the other. No person has more value due to their valuables.

They are filled with nationalism by the media and popular culture that serves as a distraction form the serious problems in their country and prevents then from questioning the fundamental status quo.
Heroism on command, senseless violence, and all the loathsome nonsense that goes by the name of patriotism - how passionately I hate them!

Because we are better than the rest of the world (present gov't not withstanding). If we were bad we wouldn't be the global leader in immigrants.
