I thought it was okay, but the way it wraps up is kind of odd.
I didn't like it as much as the original OAV collection, but it's better than Tenchi In Tokyo.

Tenchi OVA was my first anime when I understood what anime was! Tenchi is such a good show! A girl would definitely like it! I don't really recommend Shin Tenchi aka Tenchi in Tokyo. But Tenchi Muyo and Tenchi Universe were excellent!
It's not dirty persay, there is innuendo and some nudity in it but it's not porn... I'd say it's a teenage on up anime! And I recommend you watch the OVA first before Ryo-Ohki cuz what you're talking bout is a sequel.

its supposed to be a 3rd series added to the original tenchi muyo! series. i saw one of the episodes, because last i checked, not all of them were dubbed or subbed (altho i herd that on a forum that was posted a long time ago, so maybe it changed) but it seemed to be just like the orriginal, but with a few new characters

ohhhhhhh the memories i LOVE that show youre lucky the show is great... they dont play it around here anymore though
