That's a Blue Tang, aka Regal Tang, aka "dorrie", aka,,, many other common names. It's found in a wide range in the Indo-pacific. Here's some info about them:

That is a Blue Hippo Tang or a Regal Tang. They orginated from the Reg Sea.
