I have heard about the type of kinesis, biokinesis, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to do it?
I have heard the whole 'DNA stream' thing, and don't really get it.
Any help would be really appreciated

Since you are asking this in the science/biology section, here's a scientific explanation: there is no known mechanism by which someone can direct the recombination of their DNA, and existing knowledge on DNA replication and molecular genetics casts serious doubt on the possibility of biokinesis.

Changes in DNA are mutations, and biokinesis is the belief that someone can intentionally cause beneficial mutations in their genes through mere thought. There are a couple problems with this belief:

DNA doesn't have any function except when genes are dividing, so any effect of changes in DNA would have to occur through the effects of the new cells created after the DNA was changed. DNA changes during mitosis and meiosis. Only a small percentage of cells are undergoing cell division at any given time. If a person were capable of rearranging their DNA, they could only rearrange those few cells that are undergoing certain phases of mitosis at the time they are concentrating on biokinesis. This places a huge limitation on the rate at which cells could change, so it would probably take months or years for enough changes to occur to create a noticeable effect.

People who practice biokinesis report immediate benefits following meditation/biokinesis. Its ironic that the fact that immediate changes are reported from meditating disproves the theory that the benefits are from DNA alteration. its almost impossible that enough changes in DNA could occur in a few hours or even a few weeks, to be sufficient to change a person's physiological state. So a scientist would conclude that the beneficial effects of practicing biokinesis occur through some mechanism other than altering DNA.

Nearly all mutations result in cell death, and the vast majority of mutations that produce viable cells end up causing medical problems (like cancer). If biokinesis were possible, people that practiced it would run a very high risk of killing themselves from creating improperly-functioning genes.

The whole idea would make more sense if it were based on changes in ribosomal RNA, but that's not what biokinesis proponents believe, and there is also no known mechanism to control RNA replication.
