I'm just kidding really. I don't think it's a generational thing. Just harder and harder for me to find good employees. Oh, and I know that I'm a grumpy old codger so you don't have to remind me.

I work with younger people and find them no different then adults. After all, youth grow up to be adults.
Some younger people and adults are excellent employees while others have a thing or two to learn about the work ethic.
Then on the other hand is all work engaging/or worthy of a persons time? I think not!

Could you possibly hire some older folk? I'm just re-entering the work force after years of caring for my aging parents, and the job search is terrifying but I am a hard worker...
