Well there are fire resistive coatings you can purchase, it's generally used to spray or coat fabrics and other potentially flammable materials and wood to make them flame resistant...

As far as gas flood... I am going to guess here... Are you talking about gaseous agent fire suppression systems?

You basically have the following choices: FE-227, FM-200, FE-13, FE-25, Novec-1230, Inergen, Argonite, or Carbon Dioxide. Although I'd be careful with that last one as CO2 in suppression concentrations as a total flooding system is fatal to occupants.

I have never heard of either. Fire protection is normally achieved through the building materials (not coatings). Not sure what gas flood is unless it is CO2.
