Is eclipse internet any good?

I live in london and ive read reviews, most of them give 10/10 but others say that there broadband is complete crap!

Has anyone had any experiance with them???

Is anyone with there Evolution Broadband option 1.

I am with them, and have always found them pretty good - technical support is responsive, broadband connectivity is reliable and pretty fast, sales options are flexible. They're not cheap, though.
