i was watching Brandon Mccarthy the other day, and he reminded me of Mark Prior of the Chicago Cubs. any one else see the comparison, also what is up with robinson tejeda, and does anyone else believe Kameron Loe is the best pitcher on the rangers right now.

The Rangers pitching staff is young and needs more experience. If the Texas management can be patient, maybe they can improve. We also need more offense to supplement these pitchers.
Unforately, the Ballpark in Arlington is a hitters park and it isn't a good place for pitchers.

It seems the Rangers always get the pitcher who is past his prime or they get the young guy with potenial but he never lives up to it.
On paper weve got a good rotation;
Millwood
Padilla
Tejeda
McCarthy
Loe
And yea Loe is the best the Rangers have.

I wouldn't go as far as to say Prior-esque, but he shows some signs of life. That being said, being the best pitcher on the Rangers at this point in time means, well, nothing.

i agree loe is one of the best if not best pitchers on th rangers right now but i have not noticed mccarthy and prior comparison
