For sindhi embroidery classes and examples of the work from Mitas Craft, see the link I have provided.
Sindhi embroidery is influenced by Baluchistan and Punjab in its stitch, designs and colors, but it also makes lavish use of mica pieces attached to the cloth with button-hole stitches. .
The University of Sindh also provides classes in Sindhi embroidery. see their website below.

My suggestion is to check YouTube [how to embroider] or go to the library or Barnes and Nobel and look through books and/or magazines, buy a EASY kit and, last but not least - practice, practice, practice. There are also books and magazines for purchase for beginners, as well as online websites galore. A piece of fabric, needle, embroidery floss, and patience and practice. Might as well purchase a set of pillowcases and practice on those - you will then enjoy them on your pillows or give as a gift. Small enough to see if you want to pursue the craft, not too expensive if you stop. You can still give the pillowcases unfinished to someone.
