I'd recommend Switzerland, France, and choose either Italy or Spain,
do both it you can.
You'll see a variety of snowy Alps, great cities, art, and in the south should have some sun and not be so cold.

I would love to visit Germany in December to attend all of the Christmas markets. Nurenburg has a great one, but most of the towns have at least one going on.

I wuld recommend that you go to France, because my brother went there a few years ago and brought back some really amazing pictures. If I were you, I would definantly go to France or Italy.

not paris. its freezing and has killer winds during winter

try some place in the south for a bit more warmth.
