The most romantic for me, was coming home on my birthday to a house filled with candles leading into a bubble bath, wine and rose petals.
I know it sounds, all mushy and over done. But I was really surprised when he did that.
Other things that are romantic to me is walking to get a ice cream. Why I don't know, but its nice.

I am 41 and at this point just having time for more than quickies (i.e. - no kids) would be romantic!! lol
I would love to go away somewhere warm, exotic, & w/ a beach!! ( w/ the kids at my mom's!!!)

Take her to the fair to see the fireworks and buy her some cotton candy or a caramel apple and try to win her a big teddy bear!

a cabin in the woods.. fireplace going.. or late night at a beach with candles watching the sun go down over the water..

a night out without the kids, don't have much option on where to go for the night, but I love going out with my husband, to a restaurant and having a few drinks with good music on
