While this isn't the best format I've ever seen, they do offer a low rate guarantee (and say if you find a better rate online they honor it plus 10% discount). So sounds worth checking out at some point;
http://www.bostonhotels.travel/
Some of the nicer hotels are under 'more hotels' not on the main page.

This is a pretty decent resource, as they are well classified. Also there is a lot of other very useful Boston info if you poke around the links;
http://boston.com/travel/boston/lodging/

And this is easy to navigate and has lots of feedback and pics;
http://travel.yahoo.com/p-hotel-191501945-boston_hotels-i;_ylt=At_6o5YLdo14ulCoHN3cFgd5FmoL
you can also search by price, rating, etc

And when traveling I personally like Igougo, both for reviews but esp the user taken pics (versus the professional ones the hotels put up...these tend to really show what a place looks like!). The general Boston info link is; http://www.igougo.com/travelcontent/destinationHome.aspx?locationID=518
and specifically hotels at;
http://www.igougo.com/travelcontent/JournalDestination.aspx?LocationID=518&Mode=1

These, and a few of the other's listed (the 2 by Dr), should have you in good shape. Have a great time, and hope that first listing/site does save you $$$ wherever you decide!

You can find a list of *most* hotels at http://www.resideo.com/us/massachusetts/boston/ -- there you can read about all the different hotels, view pics & quote rooms and book online.

Definitely head over to http://www.tripadvisor.com/ and read up on reviews that other travelers have left.

Good luck, and have fun!
