Don't take notice. They are your ex, and who cares what THEY are doing now that they aren't with you. Move along

Dear J Mc. If I saw my ex with another man, I would do nothing except give a polite hello in passing, then take a seat and eat my lunch. Becoming jealous is not my way of life, if someone no longer wants to be with me that is there loss, I know the qualities I can and all are good. As for clothing, well at least she put her hand into her own pocket and brought a decent set of clothes. This would not bother me in any way, I would continue my lunch as if they weren't there,
Good Luck>>>David

I would imagine that it would depend on the nature of the relationship and how it ended. Also on how I still felt about him. Though I am now married I have an ex that I was very much in love with, and still honestly care very much for him. If I saw him having lunch with someone I have to admit I think I'd have a twinge of painful jealousy, then I'd have to remember what a wonderful and loving husband I have. If I were single then I imagine it would hurt much much more. Even still, I'd probably walk over and say hi to them both. Never let em see you sweat you know? Act as if.

My heart would jump out of my chest and I am not sure if i would leave or go say hi. I think I would see my self walking out without saying hello. Unless I know I look good today, or if I have a sex man with me. lol. I would be jealous but I know that I moved on and doing great and I am proud of my life and where its at so I think I would have the confidence to say hello and know that i have a better man know and it's his lost. Plus I know she will never be the person I was nice, smart, sweet, caring, and not a hoe or a cheater. He is the pass and that's all to it.

I would just ignore them and go on with myself or if seeing them bothered me I would just leave as soon as possible. He is your ex now and I have no controll over what he is doing in his life as well as he has no controll over mine. I would not allow him any power in my life anymore or give him the satisfaction of knowing that he could get to me in any way. Even if seeing this could bother me I would never let him know that. My ex done this to me one time .....my sister died and he brought his new girlfriend with him to the funneral. She had never met my sister and there the two of them were. I was feeling so down that day and just let it all go. I was nice thanked him for coming and made it look as if he didn't bother me there at all. I think that behavior gets to them more than anything when you show you don't care about him one way or another. Best wishes sweetie.

I would think that he must have either gotten her drunk, drugged her or paid her to accompany him to lunch, lol. Would it bother me? Not even remotely.:) Although I would feel sorry for the new girl. After being with him for six years..I know how he treats women. Personally, I would be happy to see that he had found someone else to obsess about.:)

I would be an adult about it...if contact is made, I would say hello and move on to my table...maybe send them a drink...the past is the past...do you want to be the butthole ex boyfriend or the nice guy that sent them a drink/desert?

I would say hi. After all, at one time we were very close, so treat him with the common courtesy of any other person.
It wouldn't make me jealous or bother me...and yes I've had this happen to me.

I would say hello whilst passing them or give a wave, and then I wouldn't take any notice. I'd be happy for him/her and I wouldn't be jealours because they became my ex for a reason.
