Toned and defined. You'll look normal, but yet be able to floss the abs when appropriate.
Ripped only makes one look bloated and fat. Unless you plan on going into bodybuilding or contact sports, don't get ripped.
Besides, toned and defined gives you the look without losing quickness and agility.
