we know that in most cities it is illegal; yet, i've never heard of it being enforced.

I've never seen a fine handed out, just get your fireworks taken away from you and told to go home.

never heard of that but i have had them taken away but nothing never came of it i think it is what kind and how dangerous and how much you have of them ...............
