Very Early Pregnancy Spotting?

All my normal premenstraul symptoms, were extremely hightened (sore breasts, tired, moody, emotional, bloated), plus I had a really bad appendicits feeling pain right around the time of ovulation. In addition I had a metallic taste in my mouth and a hieghtened sense of smell and was urinating more frequently. That's why I thought I was preggers.

I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I ended up getting very light pink spotting which completely went away after about 2 hours (I wear tampons, so I'm noticing it on the tampon). Then this morning on my tampon there was very light brown spotting that was heavier than the night b4 but still very light. Then later today it pretty much disappeared again! The thing is, I never spot, when my period comes, it comes. It only lightens up like this at the very END of the period. never in the beginning! I will take a test if it stays light, but does this sound like a pregnancy still? I'm really hoping it is!!!!!

You can tell the difference between early period bleeding and implantation bleeding b/c implantation bleeding occurs a bit earlier than expected, is scanty, spotty, pinkish and not red and heavy like a period, and does not follow the normal pattern of a period (light to heavy to light).

There is often the feeling that it is a period with light cramps and bloating, but the bleeding is shorter, lighter and just not normal.

If a woman is usually regular, and now all of a sudden develops this type of early spotting, and of course is "at risk" for a pregnancy, I would strongly suspect conception.

I had some light brown spotting when I got pregnant with my son when I was supposed to have my period. It sounds like you cold be pregnant. Take a test, if you are it should come up positive around now. First response is one of the most sensitive....it can detect very low levels of hcg, which is the pregnancy hormone. good luck! I had the very exact same thing happen. The symptoms and all. I was pregnant and the cause of the spotting is implantation bleeding. It's where the baby implants into your uterus. It's very painful but will be over very soon!

PS. Mine was light and brown too. a few times light pink. Mine started out brown. The doctor told me that brown signifies old blood and nothing to fear.

There can be spotting when the fertilized egg implants. It could be your period will pick up in a day or so. Could be a miscarriage. The best thing to do would be to just take a pregnancy test and/or go to the doctor.

stop using the tampons you arent bleeding enough for one use a pantyliner or pad til your bleeding kicks in. take a test also. periods shift and change which it sounds like yours is doing mine spots in the beginning and then kicks in for 2-3 days then spots ofr another two the doctor said its very normal relax

Your symptoms sound very much like pregnancy to me, especially the spotting. I would say that you're quite likely to be pregnant.

no you are not pergnant....because the brown just tells you that you will start your period soon....the fact that you have heavy periods in the beginning and then light periods at the end is completely normal you cant expect your period to be the same everyday or everytime you have one....

Well do you have a belley ache yet? If your like not married you discussed me well, have you noticed your stomache getting bigger yet? Did you have sex withen this or the past month? If you did you probably are pregnate.
