That time is listed in what is commonly known as military time where each hour of the day is assigned a different number from 00 to 23 in order to avoid am/pm confusion. 00:10:23 means 12:10 and 23 seconds in the AM. PDT means that this time is local to Pacific Daylight Savings Time. The Eastern Time Zone is located 3 hours East of the Pacific Time Zone, so the this would be 03:10:23 EDT or 3:10:23AM EDT.

PDT is Pacific Daylight Time, and it is three hours earlier than Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). These times are only in effect during the extended summer, March to October, when most of the country sets their clocks one hour ahead. During the other part of the year, we have Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) instead, but they are still three hours apart from each other.

The answer is Pacific Daylight Time and it refers 2 the spring forward, fall backwards theory. This is so that in the spring we change our clocks from 5am to 6am it will make it so that when you come home from work @ 5pm it will B light out 4 another hour, and vice versa in the fall where U will get it back when U turn the clock back in the fall. Hope U got that.! LOL! It is three hours behind EST.
