That is more than the Democrats have. And I say this as a flaming liberal. Democrats will turn on one another in a second.

Loyalty to what? Loyalty to people who give him cover--Gonzalez for getting him out of admitting in public to being a convicted drunk driver and to Libby for not fingering Cheney and maybe even bush himself for outing the secret under cover CIA agent (felony, big time felony crime) who had a network of informers in the middle east keeping the CIA abreast of WMDs in that region of the world. Not loyalty to the US. Why did he even take the oath of office to support and defend the constitution if he spits on it.

I agree with you on that, he's been loyal to a fault, I actually think
of that as an admirable quality in a person, but not when taken
to extremes as he's been doing lately.
And let's not forget GWB considers this loyalty as a two way street, many have fallen by the wayside for criticizing him, if only
slightly.
He has just turned out to be a president now for about 25% of
the American population ( if that).
He just isn't pragmatic enough for the job, can't compromise and has entrenched himself on 'Planet Bush ' far removed from the harsh political reality.
That's why he has failed his country as a President, not because he is 'evil' or 'corrupt' or 'immoral' this charge could be made against many Presidents in the past.
No, this President will go down in history as an incompetent
because of his inflexibility and his utter inability to unite a nation when that could easily have been achieved and maintained after 9/11, as his promising start showed.
Blind partrsanship and tunnel vision have turned GWB into
a bad 'un,

It's got nothing to do with loyalty,Libby knows too much, the deal was done even before Libby went to trial, because Bush didn't want Libby telling tales. There is no loyalty in politics, when it goes to the wire,it's every man for himself.

I'm not sure there is much loyalty anywhere in politics. I'm always sceptically of all parties. The bottom line is always money, and most will do what they have to, to benefit themselves.

I don't think Bush has been loyal to the most important people he should be loyal to and that is the American public. He said he was going to work on Social Security and the rising gas prices. Well, I'm still paying $3.09 at the pump in the Chicago area and am sick of his empty promises. G.W. Bush will go down into the history books as the worst president of all time. I don't think even Republicans can argue that.

oh and republicans wont? in all actually republicans turn on each other a lot faster than any one else. democrats may be pussys but republicans are ruthless. they don't care who they take down. they'll take down anyone to get what they want.

as for you being a flaming liberal....flaming is right liberal is wrong. only a complete moron would say something like that and that's a fact.

I would agree with you about his loyalty....
but sadly in his case, I think it's due to lack of imagination.
