I think if you feel mature enough you then you are ready. Nothing can really prepare you for what type of "activity" your about to embark upon.
I'm please to read that you are safe. That shows a huge maturity level you have in order to be sexually active.
Being sexually active is a huge responsibility and its not a joke. People are playing Russian roulette every time they have sex and don't wear a rubber. Your life is on the line. Smart choice by protecting yourself.

Yes it is too young, but I applaud you for using condoms. However, condoms do not protect against an STD called HPV. In terms of other STDs and pregnancy, a condom does not offer 100% protection.
The big question is are you in a relationship with a girl, or are you just having casual sex with people. Casual sex is not a good idea at any age. And, emotionally, very young people have a hard time handling sexual relationships.

Yes, that is too young but it doesn't stop the youngsters from doing it so at least you're being safe about it but remember that condoms do break/ tear. So you should probably wait until the girl is old enough to get on birth control in order to take extra precautions unless you want to be a young parent. Good luck!!

I personally think 15 is too young to start because at 15 we humans don't realize the decisions that we make could harm us forever. sure at 15 life seems great, you don't have any bills or major responsibilities...and you can easily fall in love with a schoolmate or a friend, but think about the rest of your life...you will meet new people in college, and in graduate school, in new jobs, at a party, at weddings...15 is just too young to decide is someone is special enough to have sex with. It is good that you are using safe things to have sex, but anything could happen...I say wait until you are a young adult to make the decision, and make sure it is with someone special. both partners need to be tested. there are too many unwanted pregnancies and an alarming rate of diseases going around, people won't even know they have the diseases and spread it to others, and that is the saddest news. I say wait, enjoy life, go read a book and stay in school...nothing wrong with just friends, it is much better that way.

Yes, 15 is too young. You may feel ready, and its good that you're being safe, but there are a lot of other things to be concerned about.
You should have sex when you're more mature (physically, emotionally, and mentally) and only with someone you really love and care about.

Call me old fashion, but sex should only remain between man and wife. I know that's old fashion in today's world.
That being said - If you want to play like a man than be prepare to be a DAD if the method of birth control that you are using fails and don't run away and hide like a kid.

No, it's not too young to start......if you're not too young to be someone's daddy! Condoms do break. Just wait, sex isn't going anywhere.
