Maybe? Anyone? I know you can find sites like B&N where you can search find one where you can search based on topic, not title or author, and have a couple books recommended, or even books suggested based on OTHER books I like. I found a site like that once but I lost it and I've never been able to find it again...

Actually, the book section of www.myspace.com usually has some really great book reviews. I've found a lot of good stuff on that forum. Has a lot of reader reviews, too.

Depending upon the field in which you reside, you'll be able to have extra luck with designated forms of crops. I reside in a top wilderness atmosphere and feature determined that peppers of a wide variety develop particularly good, however tomatoes want distinctive motels to thrive. See in case you have a regional horticultural society that prints up a gardening advisor for that field. They commonly have lists of the crops which might be going to do good in which you reside. The pleasant recommendation I have on gardening is construct the soil so it's irresistibly yummy for the crops. It will have to be lightened with sand if it is stuffed with bloodless clay, or enriched with humus whether it is too sandy, etc. Any plant will dangle on greater when you create stipulations of best happiness for it. You may have the soil validated and uncover out what pH it's. Some crops like evergreens desire for acid soil, a few others desire for alkaline soil, however such a lot could simply be completely satisfied within the center. Good good fortune! Gardening is without doubt one of the finest lifelong joys.

It's not quite what you're asking for - it doesn't recommend books, it just shows other authors related to an author you like. The relationship is based on what people report they like, so there are some unexpected connections. Try it, you may find it amusing.
