The question which mower is extra perfect is rather like asking somebody if pink is extra perfect than blue, or a activities vehicle extra perfect than a 4 wheel force jeep. in case you have an acre to mow, you extra perfect no longer be using a small electric powered mower, nor even a small gas powered mower. in case you basically have a small backyard, grass that's basically no longer too tall, and grass that's basically no longer moist, then the electrical powered mower might artwork. in my opinion, I wouldn’t like having to tug a protracted electric powered twine around. besides, in case you may mow around wood or products, you’re possibly to get pissed off with cords getting caught or wrapped around issues. yet returned, it relatively relies upon on what you have and what you %, and not lots as what somebody else thinks.

Turn it upside down. If it is a riding mower, the gas hose is easy to take off the carbeurator and drain it into a can.

Use those siphon pumps I believe you can find at a hardware store, im not sure where you can get them.

Be aware it may take a while, but it will take absolutely ALL the gas out, so its efficent.

I run it dry to get it all out, if it won't start, and just has a little in it, take off the cap and set it in the sun, it will evaporate. You can also use a rolled up paper towel to pull it out, but if it is hot, that towel may spontaneously combust (neat to see, but certainly not safe!)

The fuel line on mine is just held on with a spring clamp and you can pull it off and drain it there. I let the motor run until the float bowl in the carb is empty too.

there is the dangerous old fashioned way, where you take a long tube/hose, place it in the tank and suck on it until it starts to flow, or you can get a big turkey syringe/ baster and use the bulb on the hose to draw the liquid up.

The easiest way is to start it and let it run the gas all out.
