Yes I did! I'm one of those people. If I like an answer they gave someone else, I give thumbs up. It shows the asker that other people agree with the answer. Sometimes, I don't even answer the question if I thumbs up.

Yes! He or she is making me look bad! I can only give one thumbs up to all my answerers and yet, the person is being trigger-happy with his/her mouse and thumbed down every answer!
